What would cancer therapy look like tomorrow, if we unlocked the power of repurposing drugs – ordinary bathroom cabinet medicines, that just happen to work on cancer? Dr. Pavia Lumholt is a plastic surgeon who has spent his career in both public and private facilities. His professional focus has been on microsurgery, breast reconstruction, skin cancer, aesthetic surgery as well as medtech innovation. Coming from a musical background, Lumholts’ approach to life is inherently creative. After an incident of breast cancer in the family in 2017, his creativity led to innovative thoughts on how to optimize today’s cancer therapy.
